Breast cancer is one of the leading causes death in women. develops from milk-producing cells breast tissue. Exosomes have been linked to proliferation, metastasis, chemoresistance, and carcinogenesis, according research. are membrane-bound extracellular vesicles that can be secreted contain a variety contents such as nucleic acid, protein, lipid, etc. MicroRNAs, component exosomes, small non-coding RNAs dysregulate various cancers function oncogenic or suppressive RNA. MiRNAs influence progression by binding 3' 5' UTR (untranslated region) their target. Because important role tumorigenesis, progression, some novel diagnostic prognosis tools developed. In this study, we list prominent exosomal microRNA, key specific miRNA, ability act biomarker new therapy they researching since 2020.
